サージカルステンレス(316L)はステンレスの中でも腐食しにくい素材で、医療用のメスやハサミなどにも使われています。

汗水に強く、変色や劣化しづらいのが特徴です。
24時間付けっぱなしOK。
金属アレルギーの方でも安心してお使いいただけます。

※アレルギーの原因はさまざまです。
サージカルステンレスはアレルギーが起きにくい素材ですが、すべての方にアレルギーが起きないというものではございません。予めご了承ください。
またアレルギーが出た場合は使用をお控え頂くようにお願いいたします。

商品の発送は《決済完了》から
”一週間”を目処に発送しております。

�Cネームネックレスを作成する際にお客様自身でご入力いただくお名前ですが、アルファベット・表記等をお間違いないよう、重ねてご確認をお願い致します。
商品作成後に「表記が違った」などのお客様都合による作り直し・返品・交換はお受けできません。
※作成に1ヶ月〜1ヶ月半前後お時間をいただきます。

�Dご注文確定後のキャンセルや支払い方法の変更、チェーンの長さ・表記の変更はお受けできかねますので、ご了承ください。

�Eお客様都合による住所入力ミス・長期不在により返送された場合には、送料はお客様のご負担で再発送となりますのでご理解の程お願い申し上げます。また、お客様都合によるキャンセルはお受けいたしませんので、予めご了承下さい。

Surgical stainless steel is a material less likely to cause allergies, but it does not guarantee that everyone will be allergy-free. Please be aware of this in advance.
In case of allergies, please refrain from using the product.

We aim to ship the product within "one week" from the completion of payment.

【 Attention 】
1. Due to the nature of foreign-made products, there may occasionally be minor scratches or slight differences in color. Please understand this in advance.

2. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "not matching the image" or "incorrect size" due to customer preferences.

3. For the exchange of defective items, please report within "3 days" from the product's arrival. After 3 days, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges, so please understand this.

4. When creating name necklaces, the customer is responsible for entering their name correctly in terms of alphabet and spelling. We do not accept remakes, returns, or exchanges due to customer errors such as "incorrect spelling" after the product is created. Please allow approximately 1 to 1.5 months for production.

5. After confirming your order, we cannot accept cancellations, changes in payment methods, changes in chain length, or alterations in wording. Please understand this.

6. In cases where a package is returned due to customer errors in address input or long-term absence, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. Also, we do not accept cancellations due to customer preferences, so please understand this in advance.

7. Regarding response to inquiries, please allow up to 3 business days for a reply. We appreciate your understanding.

8. In the event of any taxes, we kindly request customers to handle the payment themselves.
